When we were in the process of selling my mother’s condo, I had a lot of things going on in my life. So, the experience I had with Kathy and Caroline was much more pleasant than I anticipated. Both of them took charge of everything that had to be done. They took a big load off of my shoulders. I would not hesitate to either use The Curry Team again for myself or refer them to someone else.

I had two great experiences with The Curry Team. I used them to buy my house four years ago and then again when it was time to sell it. They were wonderful on both sides of the process. Kathy was so involved in every step of the process, which allowed her to keep me very informed.

My sister-in-law referred us to The Curry Team when we moved here from San Francisco. We probably weren't their easiest clients to deal with since we didn't know exactly which area we wanted to focus on and had a laundry list of "must-haves." Relocating from California to Indiana was a huge transition but they made sure to point out things like schools and the different neighborhoods we visited. Caroline asked me questions during house tours so she would have a better understanding of exactly what I liked. Kathy and Caroline worked great as a team and helped make a very stressful move very satisfying in the end! We couldn't be happier with our home.

I chose The Curry Team over other realtors because I was impressed by Kathy’s sincerity and the help she gave my brother when he bought his home. When I decided to sell my home, the Curry Team was an automatic choice. Apart from doing their level best to sell the house, they also dedicated time to taking care of the house. The house was on the market for a relatively longer time due to prevailing conditions, but they both went out of their way to make the house presentable to prospective buyers. They also helped me replace the carpet and clean the yard which, I believe is not expected or customary of any realtor. I always knew my interests and satisfaction was their first priority.

We have several personal friends in the real estate industry but we chose Caroline and The Curry Team because of their professionalism. Caroline was professional, met our needs completely and in a timely fashion with no pressure. I am sure this isn't the norm and shouldn't be, but Caroline physically helped us move in a pinch. She even babysat our son while the movers did the main move and brought us all dinner. Caroline even helped us stage our house so it would show its best. And our old house sold in 5 days!

I’m sure we were difficult clients, but Caroline kept a positive attitude throughout our entire experience. She always had a great attitude and was willing to help in any way or find out any other information whenever we asked.
